1. Authority and accurate information
You must be 18 or older and have authority to request care and provide information for the care recipient. You must give accurate details about needs, risks, schedules, location, pets and relevant household conditions.
2. Choosing a provider
Carely performs a limited manual verification review, but you are responsible for reviewing the provider's profile, asking appropriate questions and deciding whether the provider and requested services are suitable.
3. Children and vulnerable persons
Care may be requested for children, adults and seniors when the selected provider is qualified for the requested service. You are responsible for necessary consents, emergency contacts, instructions and legally required supervision arrangements.
4. Safe service environment
You must provide a reasonably safe, respectful and lawful environment, disclose known hazards and ensure the provider can access the location at the confirmed time. Harassment, discrimination, violence and requests for unlawful or unqualified services are prohibited.
5. Requests, changes and cancellation
A request is not confirmed until the provider accepts and Carely completes the applicable confirmation step. Schedule changes require provider acceptance. Cancellations and refunds follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Fees and payment
Client booking and online payment are not currently available. The applicable pricing, payment, refund and service-charge terms will be presented before Carely opens client bookings.
7. Emergencies and medical needs
Carely is not an emergency or medical-advice service. Call 911 in an emergency and seek qualified medical advice where appropriate. Do not request a provider to perform regulated or clinical tasks they are not qualified to provide.
8. Concerns and reviews
Report safety, attendance or quality concerns promptly and preserve relevant information. Reviews must reflect genuine completed Carely bookings and must not contain threats, discriminatory content or unnecessary private information.
